ON THE PROBLEM OF STADY OF THE STRESSED VOWEL SYSTEMS IN SOUTHERN RUSSIAN DIALECTS

The article touches on some typological aspects of the research on the stressed vowel system in Southern Russian dialects. It analyses and reviews a number of provisions contained in dialectological works of previous years.
