MATERIALS FOR THE ETYMOLOGICAL DICTIONARY OF SLAVIC ANTIQUITIES OF GREECE II

The article continues the review of etymology of Slavic language relicts of the Greek language area. Slavic language relicts of all kinds (including place & proper names and appellatives) are described in alphabetic order for letters S–T (136 entries). The author specifies reconstructed archetypes, examines the offered etymological interpretations and chooses the most authentic treatments, sometimes offering alternative decisions.
